CALLING ALL GOLFERS!! The Dutchess County Arts Council announces a fun new event for golfers – The Art of Golf, Saturday, April 6, 2013 at DC Indoor Golf, 10 Crannell Street, Poughkeepsie. Player registration deadline: March 29, 2013.
Support the Dutchess County Arts Council with 18 holes of golf at Poughkeepsie’s new indoor golf venue. DC Indoor Golf features PGA tour simulators for any level. Play 18 holes of golf with no worry of rain or lost golf balls. And thanks to the magic of simulators finish your round in just 3 hours!
Players can choose from three tee times: 8:00am, 11:30am, or 3:00pm. Register early – each tee time only holds 16 players! Scramble format; special team prizes plus hole-in-one, closest to the pin and longest drive! Prizes include tickets to local arts venues including the Bardavon 1869 Opera House and County Players as well as golf rounds at area golf courses including Wiltwyck Golf Club in Kingston and the Woodstock Golf Club. Enjoy delicious food and your favorite golfing beverages throughout the day. Plus the Arts Council’s Player’s Choice Drawing – purchase tickets and enter only the drawing for items you want to win. All players receive a free Tee Time Pass from Hudson Valley Golf giving players discounts to 200 top golf courses located in the region and special golf destinations throughout the country.
Players can register as an individual player for $100 or a foursome for just $360. Sponsorship opportunities and program ads also available – our major Event Sponsor chooses the course everyone will play! Watch the website for course announcement after March 29.
