Big Eddy Film Festival sets date

The second Big Eddy Film Festival is set for Sept. 20-22 in Narrowsburg, according to an announcement made Thursday afternoon.

The festival launched last year with 18 independent films showing at the Tusten Theatre. Films presented include “Fat Kid Rules the World,” “Last Call at the Oasis” and “For Ellen.” This year’s films will be announced Aug. 16.

“We are excited to build on the success of last year’s festival,” said Big Eddy Film Festival Program Director Tina Spangler.
