Bronze sculpture master class available at SUNY Orange

With school back in session, it’s time to remember that it’s never too late to learn some new things. So if you’ve ever been interested in bronze sculpting, head to SUNY Orange for a master class.

Sculptor Roger Martin of Albemarle, N.C., will show the process of sculpting through casting and patina from noon-2 p.m. Thursday at Orange Hall Gallery on the campus of SUNY Orange, Grandview and Wawayanda avenues, Middletown. One of Martin’s finished sculptures is on display at Orange Hall Gallery, part of the exhibit “On & Off the Wall – Sculpture: Art in 3 Dimensions.”
