Updated ESG tryouts schedule for Hudson Valley Region

The Empire State Games tryout schedule has been updated. Three items of note: The 10,000-meter run scheduled for the track-and-field meet at West Point on Monday, June 16, has been moved to Tuesday, June 17 — the same date as the second day of the decathlon and heptathlon.
