Newburgh Mayor Judy Kennedy opens campaign office

Newburgh Mayor Judy Kennedy has opened a campaign headquarters at 223 Broadway, a property owned by developer Vincent Cappelletti. Kennedy also announced that she is running on a slate with current Councilman Cedric Brown and Council candidate Fernando Cardona. Cardona is seeking to become the second Latino on the Council, joining Councilwoman Karen Mejia.
