Section 9 cross country meet update

Section 9 cross country co-chairman Jim Glover said the championship meet is still set for Friday morning at Bear Mountain State Park. Glover said he has not talked with any officials from Bear Mountain regarding the condition of the park and the trails.
The Friday schedule calls for the girls’ races at 10:30 a.m. (Class B, followed by C, D and A) and the boys’ races at 12:30 p.m. (Class B, followed by C, D and A).
The first contingency for rescheduling will be Bear Mountain on Saturday, and the second would be running at Warwick’s Sanfordville Elementary on Saturday.
