A morning with the Warwick Elite Sports Training Club

WARWICK – I caught up with the Elite Sports Training Club Friday morning at Warwick High School.

Two to three times a week, a group of about two dozen athletes get together to do the types of workouts you see advertised on television informercials.

Included in the video above are highlights from the workout as well as interviews with members of the ESTC.
