Track and field: State Federation championship seeds

The state Federation seeds for Section 9 athletes competing in the New York State championships on Saturday, to be held at the Ocean Breeze Athletic Complex on Staten Island. The Federation includes schools from the New York State Public High School Athletic Association, New York City’s Public Schools Athletic League, the Catholic High School Athletic Association and the Association of Independent Schools.
