Freshman David Powers became the first Eldred golfer to win an Orange County Interscholastic Athletic Association title since Henry Bosch in 2003. Powers, a state qualifier last year, shot a 5-over-par 76 to defeat Cornwall’s Ryan Rodriguez by one stroke. Powers talks about his OCIAA victory.
