Saints take home bronze; Polar Bears swept at USA Hockey nationals

The Ramapo Saints and the Hudson Valley Polar Bears recently competed at the USA Hockey national tournaments in the Washington, D.C. suburbs and Lansing, Mich., respectively. Campagna commits to Potsdam State

Former Monroe-Woodbury defenseman Brad Campagna has decided to play his college hockey at SUNY Potsdam, starting with the 2012-13 season. Campagna had nine goals and 14 assists this season playing for the New York Bobcats of the AJHL. Monroe-Woodbury hockey gets No. 300

Monroe-Woodbury’s ice hockey team defeated Eastchester/Tuckahoe/Bronxville last Friday night, 8-6, capturing the 300th victory in Crusaders’ program history. It was also win No. 300 for head coach Paul Bascardi, the only coach the team has ever known.   M-W played late Saturday night against South Glens Falls, winning 6-1.
