Monroe-Woodbury senior Evan Barczak has verbally committed to wrestle at Division I Binghamton. Virginia Beach Nationals: Barczak, Elfstrum, Ellefsen all-Americans

Monroe-Woodbury’s Evan Barczak and Kendall Elfstrum and Goshen’s Ryan Ellefsen earned all-American status at the Virginia Beach Nationals Saturday. Aeberli picks service academy

Minisink Valley senior and 160-pound state champion A.J. Aeberli has committed to Division III Coast Guard Academy. Aeberli, who was 48-2 this season, won Minisink Valley’s second state title in school history, defeating Levittown Division’s Ricky Stamm 3-2 last month.
