Marist red-shirt sophomore Tori Jarosz will miss 3-6 months with a fractured right wrist. Jarosz sat out Monday’s practice and got on the bus to Hartford on Tuesday night wearing a cast. Jarosz said she has no idea how or when it happened during Friday’s win over Vermont.
Her absence certainly blunts some of the excitement coming out of the opener. Jarosz, who played all of 15 minutes for Vanderbilt two years ago, sat out last season as per NCAA transfer rules. She is from nearby Cortlandt Manor in Westchester County.
