Marist men sign Bronx forward

Marist has signed 6-foot-8, 200-pound forward Kentrall Brooks to a national letter of intent for the 2013-14 season. Brooks, from the Bronx, has played the last two seasons for Saint Anthony’s in New Jersey under coach Bob Hurley. The Friars are currently on a 65-game win streak.
“He brings athleticism, length and a winning attitude to the program,” Marist coach Chuck Martin said of Brooks. “The sky is the limit for Kentrall Brooks.”
