Bethel announces schedule
The April 21 practice opener at Bethel Motor Speedway will feature free grandstand admission, with points racing beginning April 28. There will be 26 race dates, up until October 7. Admission prices have gone up one dollar to $6.
There are two doubleheader weekends, with special Sunday cards, on July 7-8 and Oct. 6-7. INEX, the international sanctioning body for Legends, Badoleros and Legends dirt modified cars, will close its national points season on Oct. 7.
LegendStock, an INEX Asphalt Nationals qualifier, is set for Aug. 4. The Empire Sports Trucks will make their debut, with six dates, including a tour race on Sept. 22. The ATQMRA Midgets and Northeast Vintage Dirt Modifieds make two appearances, and single dates are set for the 4C Supermodifieds and World Formula Modified Tour.
Weekly competition will be held in Legends, pro stock, street stock, BMS modified and 4-cylinder classes, with each class getting certain weeks off during the regular season.
Saturday shows start at 5 p.m. with an 11 p.m. curfew. The two Sunday shows start at 2 p.m. and are curfewed by 8 p.m.
