NOTES: The Mid-Hudson Athletiic League flip-flop continues….Aside from the recent Cornwall loss, Port Jervis seems to hold its own against everybody else it plays. This might be a little high, but I’ll give it a shot….Kingston lost to Middletown by one point, so you might make the case Kingston is a top-10 team. But the record just doesn’t allow it….Liberty has been hot, and has a winning record in a Class B division….Washingtonville plays for its post season Thursday at Warwick….Goshen also needs a win to get in….Chapel Field beat Seward, after Seward beat Chapel Field. Not saying its a lock, but don’t be surprised if both are holding Section 9 plaques. Yes, the MHAL small schools are capable – but have been inconsistent as of late.
