Game over

Jamesville-DeWitt 77, Peekskill 75  Jamesville-DeWitt successfully defended its Class A state boys’ basketball title, winning in overtime at the Glens Falls Civic Center.  The loss denied Peekskill its sixth state title under coach Lou Panzanaro, a New Windsor resident. Peekskill, which finished 24-2, won state championships from 2005-07 under Panzanaro.

Newburgh has a legitimate shot to beat Uniondale. I think the Goldbacks have enough scoring threats and enough good defensive players that they can really focus on Devon McMillan defensively, and maybe somebody else picks up the slack for Newburgh with scoring.
