Sportswire checks in with the Sweet Science

Time Warner Cable’s weekly sports show, Sportswire, will focus on boxing this week.

Host Lindsay Liquori will interview welterweight boxer Dan Sostre of Highland and two-time former world champion Tracy Patterson of New Paltz, who trains Sostre and other fighters.

Sostre is 4-3 and will fight again on Friday at Monticello Gaming and Raceway.

Sportswire airs Mondays and Wednesdays at 6 p.m. and 7 p.m. and on Tuesdays at 7 p.m.
