Let’s watch a train wreck

As the New Jersey Nets’ record losing streak climbed to 18 games recently, so too did their television audience.
The Nets’ telecasts on YES Network averaged 25,478 homes (0.34 rating), but went up in four of the five games between loss numbers 14-18. The record-setter drew 32,971 TV households and a 0.44 rating.
Not surprising, the Nets’ TV ratings are down 35 percent from this point last year.
