Your college football primer for TV and radio

ESPN will televise 34 college football bowl games between Saturday and January 7, the night of the BCS National Championship game. CBS has the Sun Bowl on Dec. 31 and Fox airs the Cotton Bowl on Jan. 4. ESPN Radio will broadcast 24 games, with all games streamed on ESPNRadio.com.
Locally, ESPN New York (WEPN 98.7-FM) will air 18 games, and will probably pick up the national title game in progress. In Northeast Pennsylvania, WEJL (630-AM) and WBAX (1240-AM) will air 12 games. As of this time, I have no schedules for WINE (940-AM) and WPUT (1510-AM), nor Albany’s WTMM (104.5-FM), Cincinnati’s WCKY (1530-AM) or Chicago’s WMVP (1000-AM).
