With the full-time debut of the CBS Radio Sports Network on Wednesday, listeners in part of the Hudson Valley can hear the talk network on radio stations WINE (940-AM) in Danbury, Conn., and WPUT (1510-AM) in Brewster.
For our Northeast Pennsylvania readers, the network can be heard on WYCK 1340-AM and WICK 1400-AM in the Scranton area. Philadelphia’s WIP 610-AM is a full-time affiliate, and its signal can be heard in the Hudson Valley on some nights.
WINE and WPUT have a decent signal during daytime hours, reaching into eastern Orange and Ulster counties, but would be hard to hear after sundown – actually, WPUT goes off the air during the overnights.
WINE and WPUT have been ESPN Radio affiliates in recent years, and have aired select auto racing and Compass Media sports programs.
CBS Sports Radio will be streamed on CBSsports.radio.com. The weekday lineup: Damon Amendolara, 2-6 a.m.; Tiki Barber, Brandon Tierney and Dana Jacobson, 6-9 a.m.; John Feinstein, 9 a.m.-noon; Jim Rome, Noon-3 p.m.; Doug Gottlieb, 3-6 p.m.; Chris Moore, Brian Jones, 6-10 p.m.; Scott Ferrall, 10 p.m.-2 a.m.
