World Track Championships to air on NBC networks

The IAAF World Track and Field Championships get underway this weekend in London, England, with close to 100 hours to be broadcast by the NBC Sports networks. This will be the final scheduled appearance for Olympic great Usain Bolt of Jamaica.
WNBC-4 in New York will have live coverage on Saturday and Sunday afternoon the next two weekends. NBC Sports Network have early morning live coverage on Saturday and Sunday this weekend and Friday and Saturday next week, and live afternoon coverage on the weekdays. The Olympic Channel will have live coverage on Friday afternoon and overnight live coverage on the final day.
The NBC Sports app will stream coverage of the NBC, NBCSN and Olympic Channel broadcasts. The subscription-based NBC Sports Gold package, streamed on (available via authentication to your cable subscription), will provide bonus coverage of field events, highlights and replays.
Rick Allen is the play-by-play voice for NBC and NBCSN’s evening sessions, plus the Aug. 11 2 p.m. telecast on Olympic Channel. Ato Boldon, Craig Masback, Lewis Johnson and Todd Harris will provide commentary and interviews.
Bill Doleman has the morning-session calls on NBCSN, along with Kellie Wells, Josh Cox, Manteo Mitchell, Rob Walker, Steve Ovett and Katharine Merry on Olympic Channel.
On Spectrum cable, WNBC-4 is available on Ch. 4, NBCSN on Chs. 81 and 314 and Olympic Channel on Ch. 316.
