In an exclusive in today’s Times Herald-Record (read it here) we reported that the Nevele Grande hotel, run into the ground by owner Joel Hoffman, has been turned over to Hoffman’s former partner, Mitchell Wolff. This exhange was ordered by an acting state Supreme Court judge.
People around Ellenville are quietly lauding the decision.

Let’s all hope that Wolff can find a buyer who’s willing to invest in the Nevele, rehire local workers and get this place back on a sound foundation as soon as possible.
